About

Parker Lunsford is a sophomore at the University of Texas at Austin. He was born and raised in Hurst, Texas and received an International Baccalaureate diploma from Lawrence D. Bell High School. Parker is passionate about volunteering and international travel.  In the past five years, he has spent over three months serving for Salud Y Paz as a volunteer and Spanish translator in medical and dental clinics throughout Guatemala. He was also a manager at Summit Climbing Gym for two and a half years and an active member in the competitive rock climbing community. Currently, he is pursuing a major in Management Information Systems with a minor in Spanish at the McCombs School of Business. Next spring, he plans to study abroad at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain. After graduation, Parker hopes to pursue a career in technology or consulting.
